MICAH ADKINS GETS $375,000 VERDICT FOR ALABAMA FAMILY INJURED IN CAR WRECK

The plaintiffs suffered permanent neck and back injuries after being rear-ended by a hit-and-run driver. The jury deliberated for 45 minutes before returning a $375,000 verdict.

The plaintiffs waited 4 and a half years for their day in court.” The uninsured motorist insurance company offered the plaintiff’s $32,500 to settle the case before trial. “The plaintiffs’ suffered injuries, which they will have to endure for the rest of their lives simply because another driver took his eyes of the road and failed to render aid after the wreck,” says attorney Micah Adkins.
